		<description>While I do have some issues with Senator Xenophon&#039;s comments and directions sometimes (he seems to occasionally do things just to be seen), I am quite pleased with the way he tends to not just follow along, but actually attempt to understand things. Which means it&#039;s great that he&#039;s an independent.

I only have a simplistic idea of what all this means, but I can certainly see the benefits of separating &#039;transparency&#039; and &#039;unfair&#039;. An unfair agreement is unfair no matter if it&#039;s transparent or not, and transparency shouldn&#039;t affect whether something is unfair.</description>
